whether claims have been rejected or forwarded to the medical
aids,
- Medical aid response on claims,sent via Switch to the Service
Provider. (Currently received from Liberty Health and Mediscor),
- Membership validation,
- Availability of member's benefits,
- Tracking of a specific patient's claim,
- Change of practice details,
- Executive management reports graphically analysing transactions
sent to medical aids. These reports identify shortcomings
and critical aspects requiring attention. Providing
of strategic business information
to help with effective practice management,
- Electronic availability of newsletters,
- A search facility.
